• 25V719000 SUSPENSION:REAR:SPRINGS:LEAF SPRING ASSEMBLY:HANGER/BRACKET 2025-10-22

  Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Isuzu FVR, 2023-2026 Chevrolet 7500XD, 2018-2026 Chevrolet 6500XD, and Isuzu FTR vehicles. The axle stabilizer bracket bolts may crack and break, allowing the bracket to detach from the vehicle.

  Consequence: A detached axle stabilizer bracket can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Dealers will replace the stabilizer bar brackets, free of charge. This is a Phased campaign. Phase 1 will include Class 6 vehicles (FTR, Chevy 6500XD). Isuzu will notify owners on or about 12/12/2025. Phase 2 will include Class 7 vehicles (FVR, Chevy 7500XD). Isuzu will notify owners on or about 2/2/2026. Owner notification letters were mailed December 12, 2025 to FTR and Chevrolet 6500XD owners. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed by December 12, 2025 to FVR and Chevrolet 7500XD owners. A second notice will be sent once the remedy has been finalized. • 24V157000 FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA 2024-02-28

  Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2019-2024 FTR, 2020-2024 Chevrolet LCF 6500XD, 2022-2024 FVR, and 2023-2024 Chevrolet LCF 7500XD vehicles equipped with a Mobileye Collision Warning System. The Mobileye camera cable may have been routed improperly, which can result in wiring damage and an overloaded electrical circuit.

  Consequence: Overloaded electrical circuits can overheat, increasing the risk of fire. In addition, wiring damage may cause a loss of turn signal, hazard lights, and/or collision system function, increasing the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Dealers will inspect and reroute the Mobileye camera cable or replace the Mobileye camera cable and T-harness, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 08, 2024. Owners may contact Isuzu customer service at 1-866-441-9638. Isuzu's number for this recall is V2401.

• 21V861000 STEERING 2021-11-05

  Isuzu Technical Center of America, Inc. (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2018-2021 Isuzu FTR and 2018-2021 Chevrolet 6500XD vehicles. A bolt on the left front steering knuckle may come loose, resulting in an increased turning radius and difficulty steering to the left.

  Consequence: An unexpected change in turning radius and difficulty steering can increase the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Dealers will replace both right and left side stopper bolt jam nuts and clean or replace the extensions, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on February 28, 2022. Owners may contact Isuzu customer service at 1-866-441-9638. This recall is an expansion of recall 19V-467. Vehicles previously repaired will need to have the new remedy performed.

• 20V554000 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:STARTER ASSEMBLY 2020-09-11

  Isuzu Technical Center of America, Inc. (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2018-2021 FTR and Chevrolet 6500XD vehicles. The ground cable connecting the starter motor to the vehicle frame may break at the starter-side eyelet, resulting in an engine no-crank or slow-crank condition, causing the vehicle not to start.

  Consequence: If the cable is broken and repeated attempts are made to start the vehicle, the starter may ground through the steel braiding of the power steering hose, allowing it to heat up and possibly rupture, increasing the risk of a fire.

  Remedy: Isuzu and Chevrolet will notify their respective owners and dealers to replace the ground cable and to inspect and replace the power steering hose is damage exists, free of charge. The recall began October 9, 2020. Isuzu owners may contact the Isuzu Customer Relations at 1-866-441-9638 and Chevrolet owners may contact the GM Medium Duty Truck assistance line at 1-800-862-4389.
